I didn’t dine here. In fact, I’m no where near this location- but my father is. Tonight he ran out of gas on his way home. My father is older and has health issues and one of this stores employees- Terry- stopped and helped my father tonight. I listened on the phone while Terry helped me dad get the gas into his car and how kind and encouraging he was. What an amazing example of kindness, hospitality and service shown by humanity. Thank you Terry. And shout out to Taco Bell in Milan, TN for employing AMAZING humans!!

Came through the drive through last night after a long day of work. The lady at the drive through is always so nice and curious. Candy goes out of her way to make sure her customers are satisfied, and she always makes us feel like family when we come! I

I'm glad the $5 box is back. But it seems the customers don't know. We all drifted away while Taco Bell canceled it last time. I'm back. The food is great tasting & a great bargain. But we as customers realize it's pretty cheap to make & there's not a lot of meat in anything they give you. So in an Inflationary time like this, hungry consumers need to find a meal we can afford . Taco Bells $5 box is that bargain ! Advertising as you know, could help bring back those of us who went away for awhile.

As good as any Taco Bell. The gentleman taking my order was very good at his job. Reasonable waiting time. The grilled cheese burrito is awesome

It took about 25 mins for our order to be filled. We just sat around listening to everyone throw temper tantrums about the wait. They are low staffed and we weren't in a hurry. The ladies were all nice as they could possibly be but everyone is always in a hurry. It's around the holidays and this place has had previous problems being understaffed. We understand. Just glad the staff wasn't letting people's attitude bother them.

Enjoyed a great lunch couple of days ago. Their new location has come with an upgrade in food quality as well as staff professionalism. If you haven't been in a while I would say give them a try. Recently went back to this location and what a turn around, and not in a good way! The current staff are incredibly rude and inefficient, they will not take your order when dining in and will shut down the drive thru when they get to busy. Get rid of all the current staff before they ruin this locations reputation.
